Step by Step:

1)Download this : http://nocclan.free.fr/Permanent%20Crosshair.rar
2)Extract all files in your cstrike directory
OR
Extract only titles.txt and copy the script from autoexec.cfg to your autoexec.cfg or your userconfig.cfg
Copy too the script from the commandmenu.txt to your commandmenu.txt if you want.

3)Launch cs and connect to a server
4)Press F11 and go in Permanent Crosshair and click on CT or T

The crosshair will appears!

NOTES:
If the crosshair is not at the middle of the screen,go in titles.txt and at the top of the file you will see this:

Add or remove some spaces before the "+" to adjust the crosshair.
You can also change the "+" to "." or "O" , you will see it at the middle of the screen.

- Weapons which the script try to buy changed to fiveseven and elites ,because if the player change team he buy the weapon and fiveseven and elites cost less than s3sg1 and sg550

it works by trying to buy the guns of the other constantly, the error message is edited and used as a crosshair.

Updated it works now ,press F10 in tero and F11 in ct
